Noel was born in the tropical country of the Philippines. He, his wife, and his two children immigrated to Canada in 2002, and all passionately serve God. Noel has served as a Chaplain, Pastor, and Accountant, giving him the CPA designation twice. He is humbled to serve his alma mater with his skills and experiences, and to reach her mission and vision through proper administration of God-given financial and human resources.
