Look our for Burnout:

How to tell if your students is having mental health issues

Dear Academic Mentors,

This is a last minute reminder of our Academic Mentors Meeting this Thursday, May 12, from either noon - 1 pm PST or 3:30-4:30 pm PST. Registration (below) is REQUIRED to receive the Zoom link.

We are pleased that Dr. Estera Boldut, MAMFT, RSW, PsyD, will be our guest presenter. Estera will present on "Empathy, Compassion and Burnout." We are keenly aware that so many in the care professions are at a high risk of burnout and mental health issues. Estera will bring practical advice, based on extensive research, on how to create a rhythm of life that helps prevent burnout.

Use this presentation and the ensuing discussion to gain insights into discerning if you or your students are facing burnout, and how to cope in a healthy and helpful manner.

Here is the meeting agenda.
