Sumin Kim

Lead Mentor & Thesis Project Assistant for Korean Program

Sumin, who helps guide KDMN students toward completing their degrees and supports KBACL students in their academic success, is somewhat of a scary figure to students in the Korean BACL program. That’s because he carefully and sharply reviews assignments, pointing out problems without missing much. But behind that tough image is a warm and passionate person who genuinely encourages and supports students in their academic journey. At home, he enjoys playing acoustic guitar and singing praise songs.
