Krista's passion is developing the next generation of church leaders, and she brings warmth and wisdom to everything she does! As Director of Network Leadership Development at Northwest College and Seminary, she walks alongside pastors and leaders across North America, coaching and mentoring them through Immerse, a competency-based theological education program. She believes leadership development isn't just about programs; it's about people, relationships, and helping others flourish in their God-given gifts.

When she's not investing in leaders, you'll find Krista in her kitchen, her favourite place to show love, cooking for her family and especially her grandchildren.
