Jaepyoung serves as the Assistant to the Dean of Korean Programs and supports the administrative and organizational needs of Northwest’s Korean Programs. He works closely with students, faculty, and ministry partners, helping coordinate academic operations, events, communications, and student support for the Korean-language programs.
With over 15 years of ministry experience in Korea, Jaepyoung previously served as an Executive Administrative Pastor at Dongkwang Church, where he oversaw church administration, pastoral coordination, leadership meetings, and ministry development. He is passionate about equipping Christian leaders and helping build healthy ministry communities through thoughtful administration, encouragement, and pastoral care.
Jaepyoung is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Northwest College and Seminary. He enjoys spending time with his family, meaningful conversations over coffee, and finding ways to connect people and communities together. He also believes that many good ministry ideas begin with prayer, listening, and a warm cup of coffee.
