Ruth brings a 30-year marketplace career in competency-based learning and program design to Northwest, along with deep expertise in systems design and team leadership. She cares about you as a person before anything else and takes time to learn about your life. She loves her role as mom to the three children she raised as a single mom, and is passionate about the contextual practice of theology, particularly equipping women to confidently occupy their space in the world.
