Sharon Roy 

Operations Manager

Sharon brings a passion for people, systems, and helping organizations run well. As Operations Manager at Northwest College and Seminary, she supports HR, facilities, organizational systems, compliance, and strategic projects.

Before joining Northwest, Sharon worked in international development and nonprofit operations, supporting teams and programs across different countries and cultures. She enjoys thoughtful problem-solving, building strong relationships, and turning ideas into practical action.

Sharon grew up in India and Korea but now lives in British Columbia with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, serving through her church, and finding good food wherever she goes.
