**Tuition & Fees Due Dates and Late Payment Charges
For the duration of a Northwest Korean language student's program they will be invoiced for tuition and fees twice each year with payments due on the first day of September and March. Invoices will be emailed to the student's @nbseminary.ca email address upon their registration for courses and will include a link for online payment.
Tuition & Fees are payable upon receipt of the invoice and before the payment due date. A late fee of 3% will be applied to any outstanding balance at the start of the second month of the term. Please note that failure to pay in full by the end of the second month of the term could result in immediate suspension from the online platform and a review of the student's continuation in the program.
***Withdrawals & Refunds

| Students who withdraw during the first 2 weeks of a term are eligible to receive a full refund of the tuition they have paid for that term. The withdrawal deadline is 4:00pm of the second Friday following the term start date. |

| NOTE: All registration changes must be done through the Office of the Registrar. |
Note: For the purposes of government student aid reporting, Northwest Korean language programs will be considered as running from September 1 to the following May 31 for a total of 38 weeks.
