Ruth brings a 30-year marketplace career in competency-based learning and program design to Northwest, along with deep expertise in systems design and team leadership. She cares about you as a person before anything else and takes time to learn about your life. She loves her role as mom to the three children she raised as a single mom, and is passionate about the contextual practice of theology, particularly equipping women to confidently occupy their space in the world. If her creative abilities don't impress you, perhaps her powerhouse blues/soul voice will!
