Master of Arts - Church Planting and Revitilization

Overview

The need to plant new churches and revitalize struggling churches has never been greater. The Master of Arts in Church Planting and Revitalization, offered in partnership with ACTS Seminaries, seeks to educate and equip graduates who love the church, believe in her mission and are called to bring the good news of Jesus into the world. In addition to a strong foundation in biblical studies, theology and personal spiritual formation, the Church Planting and Revitalization program provides the opportunity to engage in local church ministry under the supervision of an established ministry leader.

This key curricular element is the Ministry Residency. Similar to medical students who engage in residencies to develop their skills and competencies, you will be part of a local church ministry leadership team during your residency, to help develop your ministry competencies as you do what God has called you to do. It can be done entirely through remote-learning, or through a combination of on-campus and remote-learning formats.
