**Tuition & Fees Due Dates and Late Payment Charges
CBTE Students are invoiced for tuition and fees two or three times each year with payments due on September 1, January 1, and May 1. Invoices will be emailed to the student's @nbseminary.ca email address prior to each payment due date and will include a link for online payment. Tuition & Fees are payable upon receipt of the invoice and before the payment due date. A late fee of 3% will be applied to any outstanding balance at the start of the second month of the term. Please note that failure to pay in full by the end of the second month of the term could result in immediate suspension from the online platform and a review of the student's continuation in the program.

 

***Withdrawals & Refunds

Description Weeks Refund
Students who withdraw during the first 2 weeks of a term are eligible to receive a full refund of the tuition they have paid for that term. The withdrawal deadline is 4:00pm on Friday of the second full week following the term start date.

Students who withdraw between weeks 3 to 6 of a term are eligible to receive a pro-rated refund of the tuition they have paid for that term based on the week they withdraw.

Students who withdraw after week 6 of the term are not eligible for any tuition refund. 7 0%
NOTE: All registration changes must be done through the Office of the Registrar.

Note: For the purposes of government student aid reporting, CBTE programs will be considered as running from September 1 to the following May 31 for a total of 38 weeks.
