What's happening at Northwest
Join us for an online Townhall meeting on May 22 at 11:30am!
After months of careful thought, collaboration, and prayer, we’re excited to unveil the result of Northwest’s rebranding journey—a process rich with meaning, purpose, and attention to detail. But there's too much to capture in just one email, so we’re inviting you to join us for a special online event. During this interactive session, we’ll walk you through:
- The heart and strategy behind the new brand
- What our visual identity communicates about our mission
- How recent changes, like the closing of ACTS and TWU’s acquisition of TEDS—impact Northwest
- How you can walk alongside us and support this new season

Disability and the Church Commons Class
Date: May 15; 29; June 12; 26
Cost: Free
Location: Online
Presenter: Krista Ewert, Michael Morelli, Greg Harris, Kathy Dubbledam
Although most people acknowledge it would be great if their church is a community where persons of all dis/abilities can thrive as saints and ministers of the gospel, it can be practically difficult for people to know how to start becoming that kind of a community. This Commons Class offers foundational perspectives and practices to help your church start moving in this direction.
Lower Mainland 'Assess the Interest' Event
Date: June 5
Cost: Free
Location: Willingdon Church
Presenters: Krista Ewert and Tiana Kirkegaard
We're partnering with The Lazarus Centre, Young Life Capernum, Willingdon Church, and Village Church to continue the conversation with anyone curious to learn more about building a network of lay and ordained leaders, churches, and organizations to move the conversation about disability forward, be encouraged, and learn from each other.
